Superbowl 2012

March of Dimes Chairman’s Dinner 2011

We participated in the March of Dimes Chairman’s Dinner. The proceeds from the delicious night support research and education for pregnancy and baby health here in the New York area. We treated guests to an array of our delicious cupcakes and cakes for dessert.

The March of Dimes is an organization that focuses on pregnancy and baby health. They help moms have healthy babies, comfort families who experience issues with pregnancy and research problems with pregnancy. To learn more about the March of Dimes, visit their website.

Holiday Desserts featured in Rockland Magazine

We were delighted to see our cute and delicious holiday cupcake featured on the cover of the most recent edition of Rockland Magazine. Inside, our classic creamy New York Holiday Cheesecake was featured and the article spoke about the history of our Nanuet Bakery and our classic holiday desserts.

Fall Desserts Featured in the Journal News

The Journal News featured our delicious fall desserts in their New In Town section. The feature had some great things to say about our collection of Fall Pies (in particular our Pumpkin Cheese Pie), our new Pumpkin Cupcakes and our classic Apple Berry Crisp which are perfect for Thanksgiving and the holidays. Here is a sampling of what they had to say:

The Pumpkin Cheese Pie, which has a layer of pumpkin and a layer of cheese in pie form, is out of this word… And we love the Apple Berry Crisp, which has a shortbread crust is made with apples, blueberries, cranberries, then topped with a cinnamon sugar streusel with caramel on top.

Go 4 the Goal 2011

Cupcakes by Carousel will be supporting the fight against pediatric cancer again this September. Last year’s fundraiser was a great success, we donated $971 to help find a cure. We hope this year will be just as successful. Visit our Ridgewood or Englewood, NJ cupcake shops September 27th to pick up a delicious Go 4 the Goal cupcake. For each cupcake we sell, we will donate $1 to the Go 4 the Goal foundation.

The image to the left is of Blake at this year’s Go 4 the Goal event. Last year she decorated a beautiful cupcake for the event. Blake is currently in remission, however Mikey, who also decorated a cupcake for last year’s event is currently having a relapse. Please help us find a cure so great kids like this can live healthy and happy lives.

The US Commerce Association honors local businesses each year and we are very proud to have received this award. Our New Cupcake Shop in Englewood NJ is open!

We are very excited to announce the grand opening of our new Cupcakes by Carousel location in Englewood, New Jersey. The new shop has a delicious selection of 40 mouth-watering cupcake flavors daily as well as our gourmet cakes and other delicious treats. Englewood Sidewalk Sale 2011

We had a fantastic time at this year’s Sidewalk Sale in Englewood, NJ! Even though the temperature was hot, hot, hot, everyone was in good spirits. We handed out 3,000 of our delicious gourmet cupcakes during the three days of the sale. While at the Sidewalk Sale, we were really happy to find out that people are very excited about the opening of our new cupcake shop in Englewood.
