This past Sunday, we participated in a fantastic event at Hoboken’s W Hotel called Cupcakes with Buddy. The event supports Epilepsy awareness and was organized by the Anita Kaufmann Foundation as a part of their nationwide campaign, The Great Purple Cupcake Project. The event featured thirteen bakeries, including Cupcakes by Carousel. Each bakery created delicious purple cupcakes to promote awareness for Epilepsy and all the proceeds went toward Epilepsy awareness and funding for related programs. It was a wonderful day, we met a lot of great people and even met Buddy from the popular show Cake Boss.
