I love your cupcakes! I’ve been all over the country trying cupcakes wherever I go. Magnolia, cupcake cafe, billy’s bakery, sprinkles, to name a few big ones…and imagine my surprise when I came across Ridgewood, the growing cupcake capital of new jersey with four cupcake stores (ridgewood coffee company, Natalie’s, Crumbs, and Cupcakes) on virtually one street!!Of all the aforementioned cupcake stores Cupcakes by carousel were by far the best! I tried the red velvet. The cake itself was flavorful and moist; similar to the way my grandmother used to make it and the cream cheese frosting was rich and simply delicious. They take it a step further with awesome fillings and toppings you can’t find anywhere else. The helpful staff and bright and cheery store guarantee you’ll leave with a full stomach and a smile.

Hi – I was just in there a little while ago and told you that today is National Vanilla Cupcake day. We missed National Chocolate Cupcake day – it was in October.

This store is adorable! We stopped by mid-day this Sunday. The staff was friendly and cheerful. I loved the colorful display of cupcakes. There were so many to choose from, making my decision was tough. Luckily, I was able to buy the assortment of a dozen mini cupcakes, so I can try one of each. I started with the red velvet it was amazing, moist and fresh. I look forward to trying the other flavors soon.

This cupcake store is BEYOND AMAZING!! I am so happy one opened up in my town. I always made the trip the Nanuet to get my favorite chocolate mousse supreme, but I am so happy that I can enjoy the treats even more often. I’ve tried a different kind of cupcake each time, and never ceased to be impressed! BRAVO!
