We took some delicious Cupcakes by Carousel cupcakes and icing shots, as well as a delicious Carousel Cheesecake to Z100 on May 18th for Carolina’s birthday party!! She was so nice and loved them!! We had a great time, check out some pictures below.

We are opening up our third Cupcakes by Carousel location in Montclair, New Jersey and bringing our delicious cupcakes, cakes and other fine desserts with us. Montclair is a fun area full of great shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to add a sweet touch to the town. Stay tuned to find out the date of our grand opening and more details about our new cupcake shop which will be located at 25 Church St Montclair, NJ 07042.

Carousel Cakes was featured on News12 this week. The story focused on our Red Velvet Cake which we are shipping to the Giants in Indianapolis for an “extra bite of good luck before the Super Bowl”. The Giants have been eating our Red Velvet Cake before home games this season as a good luck tradition. Read the full story and watch the video here.

To celebrate this year’s Superbowl we have created some delicious themed cakes and cupcakes. Stop by our Nanuet, NY bakery to get some delicious treats for you Superbowl party. Our delicious Red Velvet Cake is a favorite of the New York Giants and the team eats some before every game as a good luck ritual! Let’s go Giants!

For a big, sweet treat try our new JUMBO cupcake, readily available in chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet at our Nanuet, NY bakery and our NJ cupcake shops. You can special order our JUMBO cupcake with custom colors and fillings making it perfect for birthday parties and other special events. Please note that custom orders require 72 hours’ notice. Each JUMBO cupcake feeds 14-20 people.

We participated in the March of Dimes Chairman’s Dinner. The proceeds from the delicious night support research and education for pregnancy and baby health here in the New York area. We treated guests to an array of our delicious cupcakes and cakes for dessert.
